Started in July with 100 Pushups. Not following the instructions exactly but aiming to do 3-4 pushup sessions every day.

Results:

  • July ?: 3:50, 54 max
  • 9 July 2022: 2:39 for 100
  • 10 July 2022: 57 pushups
  • 12 July 2022: 64 pushups
  • 17 July 2022: 75 pushups
  • 25 July 2022: 48 pushups, 2:30 for 100
  • 10 August 2022: 80 pushups, 1:54 for 100
