Energy, mass, and direction

I love being part of a tiny team at Weld. We can turn on a dime, no bureaucracy or rigid processes we must follow. Breaking (or at least, bending) the rules is almost expected of us. We’re like a tiny bullet, travelling at supersonic speed.

Eventually we must become bigger, and that worries me a bit. I’ve been part of bigger teams in the past, of course. The team gains mass, more work is being done – but is it the right work? Not always.
